Changing or cancelling a design consultation

Late changes

Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a late cancellation. Any applicable charge or adjustment must be explained when the consultation or design service is confirmed.

Site access considerations

Please make sure the agreed property access is available at the scheduled consultation time. If the site cannot be accessed after a 15-minute arrival window, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Design-side changes

If we need to reschedule a planned consultation or design session, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and suggest another available time.

Online enquiry status

The website enquiry form does not take payment and does not automatically create a confirmed landscape design appointment. A service is confirmed only through direct communication.
